When we arrived at the hotel they would not accept our internet booking they claimed to be full. They then said that they had a cancellation and offered the room for ten dollars more. I believe this was a scam.

Staff was very friendly, always smiling nice to talk too asking us how things were with our stay
There was a tragically hip concert on that evening so there was a lot of younger aged guests ,very drunk loud and destructive .But I would not stop from making reservations there again but I will so tell my family and friends a good place to stay .

It was ok for the quick night we stayed, but the smell was really bothering me.
The hotel had a funny smell, I'm not sure if it was because of the remodeling or it always smells like that.

nothing
Very dirty and unsafe hotel. Lock was broken on the side entrance door, the girl on the front desk could not have cared less and did not think it was a concern.

Price Location heat worked very well WIFI worked vry well water at sink and shower was hot
I had low expectations - breakfast was OK but I didn t expect too much so I was not dissappointed room was small but I expected that wish they had a card with channels listed for TV - clicking up and down the spectrum got tiring desk in front of mirror made we look into my own eyes as I worked at desk and I m very ugly so that was not too good ought to consider some sort of anti slip device in shower - I was very timid in shower since I didn t want to slip (I didn t slip!)

Good location nice room well kept
As a business traveler I need a refrigerator and a microwave in the room because I have to work in the room and can't waste time going out to eat.Plus it gets expensive.

The client service was great and I was offered a free copy of the Watertown newspaper (with sale flyers) as soon as I mentioned that I was in the city for shopping.
The 1st room had no heat and no lights, which was very disappointing and inconvenient since I had to change rooms but the employee was very quick at giving me a new room.
